FAQs
General Information
A TiqSeller is a person or business that has signed up to sell on TiqBuy. After signing up to become a TiqSeller, we will take you through the process of verification to complete the registration process.
When you register with TiqBuy, you are eligible to become a wholesaler when you have up to 5,000 units of your products
Payments
Remittance is made on a weekly basis – 7 days after the sale is made. You’ll get your payments at the end of every week – on Friday.
We charge on a commission basis per order; our rates are pretty cool to use. You can request our fees here.
Customer-Related Enquiries
Your customer’s orders will be processed between 3-4 working days or the same day if it’s an express delivery.

The rates for storing:
- Small items – NGN10 per day
- Medium items – NGN15 per day
- Large items – NGN25 per day
- Extra large items – Based on dimensions

Account Issues
There are a number of possible reasons; your account may be under review due to unaddressed or weighty complaints from a customer.
You are eligible to keep your goods in the warehouse as soon as your products are certified by Quality Control and the registration process (including registration for warehousing) has been completed.
